The Healing Kitchen Cookbook Review + Sangria Recipe

I received The Healing Kitchen – 175+ Quick and Easy Recipes to Help You Thrive cookbook last month and found it to be fabulous! It was written by Alaena Haber of Grazed and Enthused and Sarah Ballantyne of The Paleo Mom.

Whether you are just starting to transition to a more healing way of eating or even if you have already embraced this lifestyle of eating for vibrant health, The Healing Kitchen will be a helpful resource with 175 straight-forward recipes, tips for overhauling your pantry, smart shopping strategies, comprehensive meal plans, and an outline of the Autoimmune Protocol including a fun chart of “Immune System Superheroes.” When we started our real food journey almost 8 years ago, this cookbook would have been a huge blessing as I sought to incorporate more nourishing, nutrient-dense meals into our lives.

Here’s a sample page.

And a really fun recipe for a non-alcoholic Sangria!
