WORKSHOP: Lacto-Fermented Beverages

Join in this workshop to learn the basics of making two lacto-fermented beverages: kombucha and water kefir!

This 1 hour session will include demonstration of techniques to make your own probiotic-rich kombucha and water kefir. Tastings and recipes provided!
